Dr. Brenda Mishak has a passion for leadership, change management and organizational development. Brenda holds a degree in nursing, masters in advanced nursing practice and executive certificate in organization and management. Brenda holds PhD in organization and management with a focus on Authentic Leadership. Brenda has been a registered nurse for over 20 years and has received numerous awards for her nursing and leadership capabilities. As part of the SIAST nursing education team Brenda received the 2006 Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association Award for Leadership in Nursing and in 2007 received the SRNA Employer of the Year Award. In 2009, the nursing team she led received the SRNA award for Clinical Excellence and in 2011 Brenda and her team won the Saskatchewan Health Care Excellence Award for Leadership.
